Shipping
We ship all of our items from Western Massachusetts. We use USPS tracked shipping on all orders.
We provide international shipping to certain countries via USPS.
Returns
At this time, we will not accept returns for any reason. We are not responsible for items that are damaged due to mishandling.
If you receive an item that you believe was faulty prior to shipping, please email us within 7 days of receipt of the item, with a picture of the item and a description so that we can provide a refund or replace the item.
